Two to three times per week, I eat either blueberry or strawberry goat’s milk yogurt with fresh fruit and granola for breakfast. For now, my favorite brand is by Redwood Hill Farm. Last year, I could only find these products at my local coop or Whole Foods but now they sell them at the corner store (bodega) too. This makes me happy! I recently took a liking to yogurt in an effort to cut down on the amount of croissants I’d been eating. I like it because it’s made WITHOUT antibiotics, added growth hormones, GMO’s or toxic pesticides.
