It’s embarrassing to admit that I haven’t really worked out for over 5 months now. Yes, I ride my bike super frequently and walk just as every other crazy New Yorker, but I haven’t made any effort to exercise since long before the raw food cleanse. This is going to change this week and my main concern is rehydration.
