Harmless Harvest Raw Coconut Water

It’s embarrassing to admit that I haven’t really worked out for over 5 months now. Yes, I ride my bike super frequently and walk just as every other crazy New Yorker, but I haven’t made any effort to exercise since long before the raw food cleanse. This is going to change this week and my main concern is rehydration.

That’s where¬†Harmless Harvest 100% raw & organic coconut water comes in. I can’t take credit for this find. It was Dar who turned me onto to this delicious beverage. It’s the real thing. While living in Bahia, I must have devoured 3-4 fresh coconuts per day so I know what a fresh coconut tastes like. They use massive¬†pressure not heat to deter harmful bacteria from making a home during travel.

The only thing missing is the beach and a beautiful sky.

Harmless Harvest coconut water is currently available in several Whole Foods Markets. My hope is that the Food Coop will soon be selling it considering the company has recently moved its headquarters to Park Slope, Brooklyn. Yay for BK!

It’s refreshing, loaded with potassium and contains electrolytes. Check out this article and comparison chart for more reasons to drink raw coconut water.

Be happy!

Adding my 2 centavos to the mix… this is the only coconut water that i have drank, that did not come directly from a coconut, that tastes like it did. Trust yourself, get your favorite brand, and this brand… and if you have tasted coconut water from a coconut… you will make your own ‘wise’ decision. Thanks Kalalea.
