Bar-Bee-Que Lentils

Serves 4-6 country singers

Lentils cook faster than any other bean and there’s no need to soak them before cooking. It’s my quick protein fix.

You will need:
3-4 cups of water
1 large cup of dried lentils
1 large Vidalia onion
2-3 garlic cloves
