Being a proud member of the I LOVE PASTA club, I was thrilled to hear about the opening of EATALY, an Italian food market with restaurants located on 23rd Street between 5th and 6th Avenues in Manhattan. There is more to this enormous eatery than simply pasta. Actually, I haven’t experienced the fresh pasta yet but I’ve eaten an incredibly fresh Seafood Salad. Green spaghetti carbonara
