Twenty minutes is not enough time for lunch. Today, that’s all I had between meetings and random tasks. I barely chewed my food and tonight I arrived home feeling bloated and heavy. Even after a Pilates class, gas bubbles are still trapped beneath my rib cage. At least that’s what it feels like. I’m almost certain it has everything to do with me not spending quality time with my lunch.
