It’s taken me many years to figure out breakfast. Years ago, I ate boxed cereal, donuts, or toast with sugar and cinnamon. Primarily because it was quick but I now realized I simply didn’t know anything else existed.

In 2005, I co-founded an organic cafe in my neighborhood. In order to find the best granola, I gathered samples from all over the country; in the end, we chose Granola Hut as our supplier. I took an immediately liking to Greg, husband and partner of Maria who makes this incredible granola packed with protein and fiber.
